These terms explain the basic rules for using Racount. By using Racount, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Using Racount

Racount lets you create and manage travel records, tallies, entries, media, notes, and social interactions. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account access secure.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Racount to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or malicious content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You give Racount permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the app and its sharing, social, and backup features.

Testing Status

Racount is currently being prepared and tested. Features may change, break, or be removed before public launch.

Availability

We aim to keep Racount available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be updated, paused, or changed as the product develops.
